We can make it happen for you without all of the work! We are a reunion planning company, located in Atlanta, Georgia. We have worked with reunion committees all over the metro Atlanta area to help coordinate and plan their class reunions. Since 1987, we have planned more than 1300 reunions!

Celebrations and Reunions offers its extensive event planning expertise to alumni who do not have the enormous amount of time and money necessary to plan a well attended and successful reunion. We offer the most complete package of planning and managing your class reunion, and all for the same cost your committee could plan it for, but without the work! All costs for planning your reunion are built into a per person ticket price, which varies depending on class size, type of facility, and menu selected. As Professional Reunion Planners, we work closely with you to help make your reunion a special event for you and your classmates. There is no cost to your committee for our services except your ticket price to attend the reunion! All contracts are signed and guaranteed payment by us.

We arrange for:

• Banquet facilities and menu

• Entertainment

• Decorations

• Hotel accommodations

• Photography services

We will also:

• Conduct a national search to locate and contact your classmates  

• Typeset, print and mail a total of 2-3 mailings 

• Generate computerized alumni reports and maintain all records for future reunions 

• Accept Mastercard and Visa for ticket payment

The night of your reunion, our Reunion Managers will:

• Decorate the reunion location in your school colors  

• Register alumni at the door 

• Provide name tags with alumni pictures 

• Oversee all the details so the committee is free to enjoy themselves

What we need to get started:

• A copy of your graduation program or commencement list 

• A yearbook from your senior year 

• A list of parent's addresses at the time of graduation 

• Address lists and phone lists from all previous reunions
